How do I find my subscription renewal date?
To find this, login to the website and go to ‘membership details’ at the top of the right hand menu. Amongst other information you will see your joining date from which it is possible to work out your renewal date. Please note that your membership is AUTOMATICALLY renewed unless you cancel it yourself or email us to request us to end it.
I have a problem with Betfair or my Betfair account. What should I do?
We do not have access to your Betfair account and are not always aware of what is going-on with their website. Please call their Helpline on 0844 2710000 for any Betfair related queries.
I know nothing about horse racing or betting. Can I still make a profit?

I cannot place bets during the day due to work constraints. Is this a problem?
Not at all. You will receive an email early morning which you can use to place your bets either on your home computer or by phone. Its absolutely simple.
How do I bet at SP using a mobile phone?
Firstly ignore your Betfair app and the normal Betfair website and go to your 3G internet on your phone and key into the url bar timeform.betfair.com (without the www.) then login using your normal Betfair login.
1. Then click on the race you require.
2. Click on the blue button showing best odds available on the right hand side of the screen. ie Back not Lay. You may need to provide password again.
3. Click on the ‘BSP win’ button and then enter your stake – that’s it!
What do we do in the event of a non-runner?
We have thought about the possibility of allocating an alternative, but unfortunately it wouldn’t be possible. The service was designed to help those who place bets early as they don’t have Internet access at work and so if the original was an NR and the substitute then won, a good proportion of our subscribers would not have been able to bet on it. It is not necessary to inform us when you become aware of any non-runner as John and I constantly monitor the odds and are aware of it almost as soon as it happens.
